Mimosa Certified Company
We are pleased to announce that our company has been certified as a Hyogo-Kobe Women’s Empowerment Promotion Company (Mimosa Certified Company).
This program was jointly established by Hyogo Prefecture and Kobe City to promote the active participation of women in companies within Hyogo Prefecture. It recognizes companies that actively support women’s empowerment and diverse working styles.
Companies that are proactively working on women’s empowerment and diverse work styles are certified as Hyogo-Kobe Women’s Empowerment Promotion Companies (Mimosa Companies).
The certification mark features the letter “W”, representing the initials of WOMEN, WORK, WITH, and WONDERFUL, the mimosa flower which is a symbol of International Women’s Day established by the United Nations, and the profile of a woman.
The mimosa flowers adorning the woman’s hair express the image of the diverse and flexible ideas that are uniquely generated by women who fulfill various roles in society and at home.
