Starting Salary	Manufacturing position: from ¥210,000/month (gross) ＊Based on 2021 data for university graduates Manufacturing position: from ¥220,000/month (gross) ＊Based on 2021 data for university graduates
Salary Increase	Once a year
Bonus	Twice a year (August & December)
Working Hours	9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Break: 12:00 – 1:00 PM)
Holidays & Leave	115 days annually ＊Based on company calendar [Paid Leave] for marriage, childbirth, spouse’s childbirth, bereavement, child care, refreshment, etc.

Contract-Based Work Information

Department	Rubber Product Finishing Work
Employment Type	Commission-Based
Compensation	Piecework pay (¥0.5–¥50 per item depending on product) ＊Those delivering once or twice a week can earn approx. ¥10,000/month
Qualifications	Must be able to pick up and deliver products by personal vehicle once or twice a week
Benefits	Fuel costs covered, tools for work provided free of charge
